Captain Slog, new fun time. Tomorrow is the start of acupuncture. Am I sure about this, well not really. My banding has arrived, the letter states that I didn't send in a job description. So how the f*ck have they managed to band match me then? They are not even half wits (Kev's a quarter whit but that's something completely different). They are not even f*ck monkeys, they are just plain and simply incompetent. So I still haven't got any scores on the doors so I've got nothing to appeal against.

A4C !! Improving working lives my arse! Now it seems protection is only for this month so the lads have been well and truly shafted! All we are asking is for the decision makers to come clean to how they arrived at these figures. Will they? Some chance somewhere between slim and f*ck all! Our director has said he will be happy to endorse anyone's appeal so at least one bit of hope. Reviews and Appeals all round!! Lets clog the system up for these b*stards that have buggered up not only my department but half of the hospital too. I'm sure every trust in the country is having the same problems, so lets use the system to fight itself.

The news about Freddie Fox wasn't good I'm afraid. Bone cancer, still seems happy enough, will have to wait and see and make sure he isn't in pain!!

Poor old Stinky Fox has got a tumour on his head, this sideways lump that appeared seems to be sinister. He's had the biopsy, and find the results on Friday. Doesn't appear to be worrying him though, still eating me out of house and home, poor little Scarface!

Thought another rant about A4C would be good. Now, all those people that have been put on protected pay, well that means the hospital trusts won't have to give them cost of living pay increases for the foreseeable future. Nice little earner Rodney. But you plonkers, that is only going to more annoy, irritate and downright demoralize staff that output will fall.
If you are oncall, you wont get paid.
If you do emergency overtime, you wont get paid.
If you are called out into the middle of the night, then you wont get paid.
You've guessed it, you wont come out!!!!
