Agenda for cock up has arrived! And what a cock up it is. Everyone stuffed and everyone appealing, now that's a surprise, not! Everyone's now got 9 extra days holiday with only 2 months to take them in.....Brilliant planning NHS yet again. It suprises me every time how the nhs manages to mess up better than the last time. This is identical to localized pay bargaining again, or are we still under thatcher's government, perhaps so. The number of staff that have left to go elsewhere, or plainly just given up is astounding. Medical secretaries working at the checkout at asda...at least they get 10% off their shopping and none of the crap that goes with the job.

Improving working lives, my arse! The money that this exercise has cost runs into the millions and I bet over 50% of the present NHS debt was caused by this debarcle
